process payments and the basis for any refunds that may be
paid to you by New Amsterdam Ventures, LLC (sometimes
referred to herein as the "Company") for products and
services you purchase through this website (the "Website"),
which is made available on the World Wide Web, at
www.FishInTheSea.com.

Free Member Services
In general, the member services on this Website that are
accessible to members free of charge (collectively, "Member
Services"), except for events attendance, which generally
requires an admission fee. These Member Services include the
ability for members to post a profile with photos, search
for other singles, view profiles of others and contact other
members on our Website. There are some features that may be
inaccessible, including, but not limited to, tagging other
members and uploading multimedia and videos; such features
may be available in the future, with or without charge, as
the Company will determine in its sole discretion.
Notwithstanding that the Company is not charging its members
currently for any of the Member Services, the Company
reserves the right to charge for any and all of these Member
Services in the future.

questions concerning these features.
Events Payments And Refunds
New Amsterdam Ventures, LLC processes payments for events
through PayPal. Any payments you make to register for events
will be made through PayPal. PayPal has its own terms and
conditions for usage, which can be viewed by visiting
www.paypal.com.
All purchases you make are final, except as noted.
Although we appreciate being notified if you cannot attend
an event, especially where events are sold-out and people
might be wait-listed, no partial or full refund will be
given for any unused ticket for any of our scheduled events.
Only if an event is cancelled by the Company will you
receive a refund of your ticket price. Cancellations are
infrequent, but when they occur, we will notify you, if you
have already registered, of the cancellation by email, using
the email address you provide when you register for an
event. Refunds, in the event of cancellation, will be
typically requested by the Company from PayPal within seven
(7) to ten (10) business days of the notice of cancellation.
PayPal, based on its policies and the method of payment you
chose, will determine the actual amount of time required to
issue the refund and the manner in which the refund will be
issued.
Surcharges, if any, charged by PayPal will not be refunded
to you, unless PayPal's policy so permits. Visit
www.paypal.com for information on PayPal's refund policies.
No refunds will be given if, for any reason, you violate the
terms of service as outlined at Terms and Conditions. In
that respect, you hereby agree that if you use offensive
language and behavior towards other patrons of the Company,
whether on-line or off-line, the Company will have
sufficient grounds for termination of service, including,
but not limited to, asking you to leave one of our events.
The Company strives to avoid billing errors. However, if you
believe that there has been a billing error, please contact
the Company at payments@fishinthesea.com. Most billing
matters can be resolved with little inconvenience and
formality. Any disputes that cannot be informally resolved
may be resolved as set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
Revisions To The Payments Policy
The Company reserves the right to update and revise this
Payments policy at any time. You can determine if this
Payments policy has been revised by referring to the "Last
Updated" date at the top of this page, or if you write to us
at terms@FishInTheSea.com and put in the subject line
"Payments", the Company will inform you by email each time
the Payments policy is updated. Your use of this Website and
the Materials constitutes your acceptance of the manner in
which the Company processes any payments you may make and
issues refunds, if any, as well as, the terms of the
Payments policy as amended or revised by the Company. The
Company recommends that you review this Website's Payments
policy regularly to ensure that you are aware of its terms.
