Feature Use And Accessibility

Many of our customers have the same questions about certain features, such as how to upload photos to your profile and how to edit your profile or when certain features are accessible or you receive an error message. You should always refer to the F.A.Q. section of this Website first for general questions. Specific Membership Questions

Billing Inquiries

Details regarding billing matters can be found in the Company's Payments policy. The Company strives to avoid billing errors. However, if you believe that there has been a billing error relating to your Events registration, please contact the Company at payments@fishinthesea.com and put in the subject line "Billing Inquiry". Most billing matters can be resolved with little inconvenience and formality. Any disputes that cannot be informally resolved may be resolved as set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

Events

New Amsterdam Ventures, LLC processes payments for Events through PayPal. Any payments you make to register for events will be made through PayPal. PayPal has its own terms and conditions for usage, which can be viewed by visiting www.paypal.com.
All purchases you make are final, except as noted. Please refer to our Payments policy for more information.

FishPrintSM Submissions

Do you have great dating stories you'd like to share? How about a recommendation for a hot spot of interest? Or suggestions on how to look your best for a date?

Readers are encouraged to submit artwork, articles, comments, suggestions and other information and materials for FishPrintSM, our periodic newsletter. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for detailed information on our submission policy.

Changing Your Personal Information On File

If you would like to change your personal information, subject to the provisions contained in our Privacy Policy, please write to us at changes@FishInTheSea.com and put in the subject line: "Change My Personal Info".

Note that certain personal information may be changed by you directly in your profile, if you are a member.

Canceling Your Membership and Removal from Our Mailing List

If you are on the Company's mailing list, but are not a member with a profile on our Website, and you decide that you no longer wish to receive mailings from the Company, please write to us at deletions@FishInTheSea.com and put in the subject line "Remove Me From The List". This action, however, will not remove your profile from the membership portion, if you are a member, or eliminate mailings that you may receive in connection with your membership.

Putting your membership profile "on hold" does not result in the cancellation of your membership. If you no longer want to be a member after joining, you may request that your membership be terminated by writing to us at deletions@FishInTheSea.com and putting in the subject line "Cancel My Membership"; you must provide your real name; your username, the email address you used during the sign-up process; your telephone number and the reason for your cancellation, in order to complete the cancellation process.

Please note that removal from our active database may not result in complete removal of your information from our systems, as we reserve the right to preserve your information for any lawful purpose. We may retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our Terms and Conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Website, protect our users or take other actions as permitted by law.
